Zhang Liang successfully set up the extreme slackline at the Tiger Leaping Gorge in Shangri-La while "walking across the Yangtze River".

On April 23, Zhang Liang and his team arrived at Tiger Leaping Gorge to begin preparations, and the final method for setting up the slackline was finally settled. The entire process of setting up the slackline took 4 hours, and data shows that this is also the shortest connection between Yulong Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain. The majestic Tiger Leaping Gorge is famous both at home and abroad, where the Yangtze River is squeezed between the two great snow mountains, Yulong and Haba. The slackline is set up 16 meters above the narrowest part of the gorge, where the rapids flow through the sides of a giant rock that is only 30 meters wide, with an average water flow of 7,800 cubic meters per second. The enormous pressure causes the local water flow impact force to exceed 800 kilograms.

Walking across the Yangtze River:

4Month23On the day, Zhang Liang and his team arrived at Tiger Leaping Gorge to begin preparations, and the final method for setting up the slackline was finally determined. The entire process of setting up the slackline took4hours, and the data shows that this is also the shortest connection between Yulong Snow Mountain and Haba Snow Mountain.

The majestic Tiger Leaping Gorge is famous both at home and abroad, where the waters of the Yangtze River are squeezed between the two great snow mountains, Yulong and Haba. The slackline is set up above the narrowest part of Tiger Leaping Gorge at an altitude of16meters, with torrents flowing past on both sides of the giant rock that is only30meters wide, and the average water flow here is7800cubic meters/per second. The enormous pressure causes the local water flow impact force to exceed800kilograms. This means that if the challenger falls into the water, there is absolutely no chance of survival.

If everything goes smoothly on the challenge day, Zhang Liang will complete the challenge in10minutes, and this10minutes will bring him endless difficulties. "I crave the challenge; only in the face of the most extreme difficulties do I know where my limits are, and then, I will break through them!" Zhang Liang expressed this when talking about this challenge.

4Month26Day Early9At that point, will he be able to overcome the strong sound interference and move forward steadily, eliminate all visual misjudgments and proceed cautiously, and withstand the sudden gusts in the gorge? Let's wait and see!
