　　Diqing Prefecture Shangri-La Tiger Leaping Gorge Tourism Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) was established on November 11, 2008, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diqing Prefecture Tourism Group Co., Ltd. As of July 2019, the company has a registered capital of 55 million yuan and total assets of 834 million yuan.

　　The company consists of 14 departments: General Office, Administrative Party and Mass Work Department, Planning and Finance Department, HR Department, Marketing Planning Department, Quality Management Department, Visitor Service Department, Safety Production Department, Business Development Department, Environmental Protection Department, Escalator Management Department, Project Engineering Department, Baishuitai Division, and Consulting Center. As of July 2019, there are 116 employees, including 115 contract workers and 1 re-employed worker.

　　The company focuses on the operation management and tourism services of scenic areas, with a variety of products and rich content, gathering natural landscapes such as snow-capped mountains, canyons, rivers, and Huaquan terraces. It is located in the heart of the Three Parallel Rivers natural heritage area, possessing unique resource advantages. Currently, the company mainly operates and manages the Tiger Leaping Gorge Scenic Area, Baishuitai Scenic Area, and Shangri-La No. 1 Rafting and other tourism services.
