In March, the spring breeze blows toward Baishui. On March 26, the third “Chao Baishui” Dongba Cultural Tourism Event—the “Shangri-La of the World”—officially kicked off. In the morning, immersive pilgrimages and prayers, a Naxi-style outdoor cookout, a Dongba cultural and creative market, and a themed photography exhibition all opened simultaneously, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the breathtaking scenery of Baishuitai while experiencing the unique charm of Naxi culture.

To safeguard the ecological security and tourism order of Shangri-La City and effectively ensure the safety of people’s lives and property, in accordance with the "Tourism Law of the People’s Republic of China," the "Regulations on Nature Reserves of the People’s Republic of China," the "Notice from the Yunnan Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism on Regulating Tourism Activities in Nature Conservation Areas," and other relevant laws, regulations, and guiding documents, we hereby issue the following notice prohibiting the conduct of tourism, adventure, and other similar activities in undeveloped and unopened areas:
