（八）加强党员教育培训。以习近平新时中国特色社会主义思想、党的十九大会议精神、“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育等内容为重点，采取多种形式的教育培训活动，进一步调动广大党员参与学习教育的积极性和主动性，增强学习教育的灵活性和实效性。
