The canyon roars, much like our hearts poised and ready to spring into action. In order to thoroughly implement the Diqing Prefecture Tourism Group’s work plan of “Vibrant Diqing Tourism, United in Striving Forward,” and as the summer tourism peak approaches, the trade union of Shangri-La Tiger Leaping Gorge Tourism Co., Ltd. has organized a themed event titled “Leaping at the Summit of the Gorge, Breaking Through with Unyielding Momentum.”

In March, the spring breeze blows toward Baishui. On March 26, the third “Chao Baishui” Dongba Cultural Tourism Event—the “Shangri-La of the World”—officially kicked off. In the morning, immersive pilgrimages and prayers, Naxi-style outdoor picnics, a Dongba cultural and creative market, and a themed photography exhibition all opened simultaneously, allowing visitors to savor the unique charm of Naxi culture amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Baishuitai Plateau.
