Briefing on the First Employee Fun Activity in 2019

Diqing Prefecture Shangri-La Tiger Leaping Gorge Tourism Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) organized employee fun activities on June 8 and 9, 2019, after discussions and unanimous agreement by the company's trade union committee, to enrich employees' leisure life, enhance their physical fitness, promote communication among employees, and better strengthen team cohesion, centripetal force, and sense of belonging.

This event was conducted in two batches, with a total of 97 employees participating. The fun activities consisted mainly of team events, with a total of ten fun projects. Each competition project required team members to work together to complete, which was not only a contest of wisdom and physical strength but also a perfect competition of unity and cooperation.

From the beginning to the end of the event, every team and every athlete participating touched the hearts of the audience present. Cheers, applause, and laughter echoed, reflecting the great enthusiasm of all employees.

The fun activities allowed employees to experience the joy of participation, the happiness of sports, and the fun of competition, cultivating a sense of rules and cooperation spirit, and stimulating athletic potential. It was not only a review of employees' psychological quality, physical quality, and sports level but also a review of organizational discipline and spirit. While enhancing internal cohesion within the company, it also promoted communication between various frontline departments.SportsParticipants demonstrated the spirit of unity, hard work, optimism, and enterprising spirit on the field, showcasing competitive levels and fostering unity and friendship through the fun activities.
